Massachusetts High School Basketball - Franklin fells King Philip Regional
February 3, 2023: Franklin, MA 02038 Franklin Panthers (Franklin, MA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting King Philip Regional Warriors (Wrentham, MA), 56-38 in a league bout.
With the win, Franklin upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Panthers host Bridgewater-Raynham (Bridgewater, MA) to face the Trojans in a non-league game on Sunday, February 5. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 3-10. Bridgewater-Raynham lost 69-57 in their recent league game against New Bedford (New Bedford, MA)
With the defeat, King Philip Regional moves to 8-7 on the year. The Warriors host Attleboro (Attleboro, MA) to face the Bombardiers in a Hockomock game on Tuesday, February 7. The Bombardiers enter the game with a record of 9-7. Attleboro lost 44-43 in their recent league game against Milford (Milford, MA)
