Oregon High School Basketball - Vale routs Riverside
February 3, 2023: Vale, OR 97918 In Friday's league outing, the Vale Vikings (Vale, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Riverside Pirates (Boardman, OR), by a count of 56-28.
The Vikings (11-10) will now prepare for their outing against Umatilla (Umatilla, OR). The Vikings go into the 3A Eastern Oregon outing with a 7-13 record.
The Pirates now hold a 2-15 record. They play next when they travel to Burns for a 3A Eastern Oregon outing on Saturday, February 4. Riverside will clash with a Hilanders squad coming off a 64-45 league win over McLoughlin (Milton-Freewater, OR). The Hilanders record now stands at 17-3.
