Tennessee High School Basketball - West Carroll can't hold off Perry County

The Perry County Vikings basketball team scored 36 points and held the visiting West Carroll War Eagles to 32 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central for a 1A District 12 contest on Monday, February 6. Perry County will battle a Tigers team coming off a 51-41 league win over Hughes (Clifton, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 9-14.

The War Eagles (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Bradford (Bradford, TN). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Bradford was nudged by South Fulton (South Fulton, TN), 61-26, in a league contest.
