New Jersey High School Basketball - Deptford thwarts Cumberland
February 3, 2024: Deptford, NJ 08096 The Deptford Spartans (Deptford, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Cumberland Colts (Seabrook, NJ), 55-36 in Saturday's league test.
The Spartans (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league test with a 6-14 record. In their last test, Seneca went down by Moorestown (Moorestown, NJ), 55-45, in a league test.
The Colts now own a 2-18 record. They play next when they travel to Timber Creek Regional for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 6.
