Delaware High School Basketball - Lake Forest nudges Seaford
February 3, 2024: Seaford, DE 19973 Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE), 65-63 in a league bout.
With the win, Lake Forest upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to Early College (Dover, DE) to clash with the Hornets in a Henlopen - Southern bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Early College lost 48-42 in their recent non-league bout against Glasgow (Newark, DE)
Next up, the Bluejays clash with the Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE) in a Henlopen - Southern bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Seaford will attempt to upgrade on its 13-1 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 74-72 non-league win over Delmarva Christian (Georgetown, DE).
