The Lakewood Rangers (Lakewood, OH) basketball crushed the host Valley Forge Patriots (Parma Heights, OH), 74-29 in Saturday's league test.

The Rangers (9-10) will now prepare for their test against Rocky River (Rocky River, OH). The Pirates go into the Great Lakes test with a 12-7 record. In their last test, Rocky River walloped Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH), 60-35, in a non-league test.
