The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA) and the host Camden County Wildcats (Kingsland, GA), witnessed Lowndes's basketball squad hold off Camden County by a count of 63-60.

With the victory, Lowndes advances its record to 17-6 on the year. The Vikings host Richmond Hill (Richmond Hill, GA) to meet the Wildcats in a AAAAAA Region 1 battle on Tuesday, February 10. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 12-11.
