Utah High School Basketball - Timpview bests Orem

The Timpview Thunderbirds basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Orem Tigers to 53 in the Thunderbirds league triumph on Tuesday.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spanish Fork for a 5A Region 7 test on Friday, February 6. Timpview will clash with a Dons squad coming off a 62-46 league loss to Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT). The Dons record now stands at 3-17.

The Tigers (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT). The Golden Eagles come into the 5A Region 7 test with a 14-6 record.
