Nevada High School Basketball - Sage Ridge fells Virginia City
February 4, 2023: Virginia City, NV 89440 Sage Ridge Scorpions (Reno, NV) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Virginia City Muckers (Virginia City, NV), 49-37 in a league bout.
With the win, Sage Ridge upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Scorpions travel to Hug (Reno, NV) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 8. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Hug lost 62-42 in their recent league bout against South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA)
Next up, the Muckers clash with the Smith Valley Bulldogs (Smith, NV) in a bout, on Saturday, February 11. Virginia City will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record.
