Michigan High School Basketball - Almont bested by Yale
February 4, 2025: Almont, MI 48003 Yale Bulldogs (Yale, MI) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Almont Raiders (Almont, MI), 60-42 in a league match.
With the victory, Yale advances its record to 18-1 on the year. The Bulldogs host Kingston (Kingston, MI) to meet the Cardinals in a non-league match on Thursday, February 6. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 10-4. Kingston lost 56-53 in their recent non-league match against Sandusky (Sandusky, MI)
The Raiders now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Imlay City for a Blue Water Area match on Friday, February 7. Almont will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 54-44 league win over Armada (Armada, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 11-6.
