In Tuesday's league contest, the host Avery Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 50-31 win over the Union Hill Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs (20-12) will now prepare for their contest against Avinger (Avinger, TX). The Indians come into the 1A Region III District 20 contest with a 1-24 record. In their last contest, Avinger was topped by Saltillo (Saltillo, TX), 88-25, in a league contest.
