Georgia High School Basketball - Deerfield-Windsor victorious over Tiftarea Academy
February 4, 2025: Chula, GA 31733 In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Deerfield-Windsor Knights basketball team scored a good 63-50 triumph over the Tiftarea Academy Panthers.
The Knights (21-1) will now prepare for their contest against Brookwood (Thomasville, GA). The Warriors go into the GIAA AAAA/AAA District 3 contest with a 22-2 record. In their last contest, Brookwood topped Terrell Academy (Dawson, GA), 54-37, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Brookwood Warriors (Thomasville, GA) in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 3 contest, on Thursday, February 6. Tiftarea Academy will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 22-2 record after their 54-37 league win over Terrell Academy (Dawson, GA).
