Texas High School Basketball - San Jacinto Christian Academy succumbs to Kingdom Prep Academy
February 4, 2025: Lubbock, TX 79424 In Tuesday's league test, the Kingdom Prep Academy Warriors (Lubbock, TX) basketball squad defeated the visiting San Jacinto Christian Academy Patriots (Amarillo, TX), by a score of 50-31.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Ascension Academy Cardinals (Amarillo, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 1 test, on Friday, February 7. Kingdom Prep Academy will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record. The Cardinals come into the test with a 7-8 record after their 62-48 league win over All Saints Episcopal School (Lubbock, TX).
The Patriots (11-22) will now prepare for their test against Holy Cross (Midland, TX). The Crusaders come into the TAPPS 2A District 1 test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Holy Cross went down by Holy Cross Catholic Academy (Amarillo, TX), 73-35, in a league test.
