In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Santee Warriors basketball team scored a big 59-18 triumph over the Boyd County Spartans.

The Warriors (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Chambers/Wheeler Central (Chambers, NE). The Renegades go into the non-league contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, Chambers/Wheeler Central smashed Stuart (Stuart, NE), 36-29, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Spartans battle the St. Mary's Cardinals (O'Neill, NE) in a D2 District 8 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Boyd County will attempt to better on its 0-18 season record.
