The Sandy Creek Patriots (Tyrone, GA) basketball crushed the host Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA), 65-43 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 19-5 record. They play next when they host Mary Persons for a AAA Region 2 bout on Friday, February 7.

With the loss, Troup County falls to 13-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Spalding (Griffin, GA) to play the Jaguars in a AAA Region 2 bout on Thursday, February 6. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 2-20. Spalding lost 59-34 in their recent league bout against LaGrange (LaGrange, GA)
