In Tuesday's non-league test, the East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC) basketball squad got by the visiting Bunker Hill Bears (Claremont, NC), by a score of 37-31.

Next, the Cavaliers encounter the Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 7. East Burke will attempt to improve on its 8-11 season record. The Wolves come into the test with a 8-3 record after their 65-55 non-league win over Bandys (Catawba, NC).

The Bears (5-13) will now prepare for their test against Maiden (Maiden, NC). The Blue Devils come into the non-league test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, Maiden held off Bandys (Catawba, NC), 54-35, in a non-league test.
