Bryan County Redskins (Pembroke, GA) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Metter Tigers (Metter, GA), 56-42 in a league match.

With the victory, Bryan County advances its record to 20-2 on the year. The Redskins travel to Claxton (Claxton, GA) to face the Tigers in a A D2 Region 3 match on Friday, February 7. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 6-16. Claxton lost 41-27 in their recent league contest against McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA)

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs (Twin City, GA) in a A D2 Region 3 contest, on Friday, February 7. Metter will attempt to better on its 16-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 9-10 record after their 69-21 league win over Jenkins County (Millen, GA).
