Washington High School Basketball - Columbia River triumphant over Hockinson
February 5, 2025: Vancouver, WA 98665 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Columbia River Rapids (Vancouver, WA) and the visiting Hockinson Hawks (Brush Prairie, WA), observed Columbia River's basketball team overwhelm Hockinson by a margin of 72-31.
The Rapids (15-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Woodland (Woodland, WA). The Beavers come into the non-league challenge with a 12-7 record. In their last challenge, Woodland trounced Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA), 52-36, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Hawks battle the Washougal Panthers (Washougal, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 7. Hockinson will attempt to better on its 2-16 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 51-48 non-league loss to Mark Morris (Longview, WA).
