Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Maplewood ripped by Eisenhower
February 6, 2024: Russell, PA 16345 The Eisenhower Knights basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Maplewood Tigers to 32 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cochranton for a District 10 Region 2 contest on Friday, February 9. Eisenhower will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 65-50 league loss to Cambridge Springs (Cambridge Springs, PA). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-11.
The Tigers (1-18) will now prepare for their contest against Saegertown (Saegertown, PA). The Panthers enter the District 10 Region 2 contest with a 14-5 record. In their last contest, Saegertown triumphed over Youngsville (Youngsville, PA), 66-20, in a league contest.
