February 6, 2024: Pine Prairie, LA 70576 The Iota Bulldogs (Iota, LA) basketball crushed the host Pine Prairie Panthers (Pine Prairie, LA), 69-6 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (17-11) will now prepare for their test against Mamou (Mamou, LA). The Demons go into the 3A District 4 test with a 13-18 record. In their last test, Mamou walloped North Central (Lebeau, LA), 57-49, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 1-22 record. They play next when they host Northwest for a 3A District 4 test on Friday, February 9. Pine Prairie will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 59-27 league loss to Church Point (Church Point, LA). The Raiders record now stands at 9-14.
