Arizona High School Basketball - ALA - Queen Creek nips Poston Butte

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting ALA - Queen Creek Patriots basketball team scored a close 55-51 triumph over the Poston Butte Broncos.

The Patriots (4-20) will now prepare for their contest against Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ). The Rattlers go into the 4A East Sky contest with a 9-14 record. In their last contest, Crismon nipped ALA - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ), 48-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Broncos battle the Eastmark Firebirds (Mesa, AZ) in a 4A East Sky contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Poston Butte will attempt to better on its 11-15 season record. The Firebirds go into the contest with a 17-2 record after their 62-10 league win over Combs (San Tan Valley, AZ).
