In Thursday's league test, the Poston Butte Broncos (San Tan Valley, AZ) basketball squad defeated the host Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ), by a final score of 61-41.

Next, the Broncos clash with the ALA - Gilbert North Eagles (Gilbert, AZ) in a 4A East Sky test, on Monday, January 13. Poston Butte will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 6-11 record after their 55-40 league win over ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ).

The Coyotes (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ). The Rattlers come into the 4A East Sky test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Crismon went down by Eastmark (Mesa, AZ), 58-12, in a league test.
