The Concord Academy Eagles bounced the visiting Gaston Day Spartans basketball squad by a final score of 69-5 in Thursday's league outing.

The Spartans (4-18) will now prepare for their outing against Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The Warriors come into the NCISAA Metrolina outing with a 13-9 record. In their last outing, Metrolina Christian Academy was overwhelmed by Concord Academy (Concord, NC), 69-25, in a league outing.
