February 6, 2025: Clifton, VA 20124 Centreville Wildcats (Clifton, VA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA), 30-11 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Centreville advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Chantilly (Chantilly, VA) to face the Chargers in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 10-3. Chantilly won 27-13 in their recent non-league match against Westfield (Chantilly, VA)
The Cougars now own a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host James Madison for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. Oakton will face a Warhawks squad coming off a 49-22 non-league win over South Lakes (Reston, VA). The Warhawks record now stands at 11-1.
