In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Orland Trojans basketball team scored a close 55-52 triumph over the Corning Cardinals.

The Trojans (19-6) will now prepare for their contest against Gridley (Gridley, CA). The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Gridley nipped Live Oak (Live Oak, CA), 46-28, in a league contest.
