Utah High School Basketball - American Fork fells Pleasant Grove
February 7, 2023: American Fork, UT 84003 American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pleasant Grove Vikings (Pleasant Grove, UT), 63-54 in a league game.
In their next game, the Cavemen face the Lone Peak Knights (Highland, UT) in a 6A Region 4 game, on Friday, February 10. American Fork will attempt to move on its 14-7 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 13-7 record after their 56-52 league win over Skyridge (Lehi, UT).
With the defeat, Pleasant Grove moves to 9-11 on the year. The Vikings host Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT) to face the Thunder in a 6A Region 4 game on Friday, February 10. The Thunder enter the game with a record of 12-7. Westlake lost 63-57 in their recent league game against Corner Canyon (Draper, UT)
