Oregon High School Basketball - Bandon overwhelms Waldport
February 7, 2023: Bandon, OR 97411 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Bandon Tigers (Bandon, OR) and the visiting Waldport Irish (Waldport, OR), saw Bandon's basketball squad wallop Waldport by a tally of 51-28.
With the victory, Bandon improves its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Tigers host Monroe (Monroe, OR) to confront the Dragons in a 2A Valley Coast challenge on Friday, February 10. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 9-12.
Next up, the Irish confront the Toledo Boomers (Toledo, OR) in a 2A Valley Coast challenge, on Thursday, February 9. Waldport will attempt to improve on its 2-18 season record. The Boomers come into the challenge with a 2-18 record after their 73-28 league loss to Central Linn (Halsey, OR).
