Michigan High School Basketball - Marquette overwhelms Gladstone
February 7, 2023: Marquette, MI 49855 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Marquette Redmen (Marquette, MI) and the visiting Gladstone Braves (Gladstone, MI), saw Marquette's basketball squad wallop Gladstone by a count of 75-44.
With the victory, Marquette upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Redmen travel to Escanaba (Escanaba, MI) to play the Eskymos in a Great Northern U.P. challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Eskymos come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Escanaba won 51-50 in their recent league challenge against Menominee (Menominee, MI)
Next up, the Braves play the Kingsford Flivvers (Kingsford, MI) in a Great Northern U.P. challenge, on Thursday, February 9. Gladstone will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Flivvers come into the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 72-17 non-league win over West Iron County (Iron River, MI).
