Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) and the host Nitro Wildcats (Nitro, WV), saw St. Albans's basketball squad knock off Nitro by a tally of 68-55.

With the victory, St. Albans improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Red Dragons travel to Cabell Midland (Ona, WV) to play the Knights in a Mountain State challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Cabell Midland lost 65-63 in their recent league challenge against Capital (Charleston, WV)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Poca The Dots (Poca, WV) in a Cardinal challenge, on Friday, February 10. Nitro will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The The Dots come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 43-37 non-league loss to Buffalo (Buffalo, WV).
