In Tuesday's league outing, the North Schuylkill Spartans (Ashland, PA) basketball squad edged the visiting Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA), by a margin of 51-46.

The Spartans (18-3) will now prepare for their outing against Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, PA). The RED TORNADOES go into the non-league outing with a 7-14 record. In their last outing, Mount Carmel was tipped by Central Columbia (Bloomsburg, PA), 67-57, in a non-league outing.
