Ohio High School Basketball - Steele tops Olmsted Falls
February 7, 2023: Amherst, OH 44001 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Steele Comets (Amherst, OH) and the visiting Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH), saw Steele's basketball squad knock off Olmsted Falls by a count of 51-34.
With the victory, Steele upgrades its record to 7-12 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Elyria (Elyria, OH) to play the Pioneers in a Southwestern challenge on Friday, February 10. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 14-6. Elyria won 58-57 in their recent league challenge against Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) in a Southwestern challenge, on Friday, February 10. Olmsted Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 3-18 season record. The Shoremen come into the challenge with a 16-3 record after their 58-57 league loss to Elyria (Elyria, OH).
