February 7, 2023: Princeton, WV 24740 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, WV) and the visiting PikeView Panthers (Princeton, WV), saw Princeton's basketball squad overcome PikeView by a tally of 59-49.
With the victory, Princeton improves its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV) to confront the Flying Eagles in a Mountain State challenge on Friday, February 10. The Flying Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Woodrow Wilson lost 52-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Bridgeport (Bridgeport, WV)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Nicholas County Grizzlies (Summersville, WV) in a Coalfield AA challenge, on Thursday, February 9. PikeView will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 65-54 league win over Midland Trail (Hico, WV).
