Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the South Carroll Cavaliers (Sykesville, MD) and the host Century Knights (Sykesville, MD), saw South Carroll's basketball squad hold off Century by a tally of 45-41.

With the victory, South Carroll improves its record to 6-10 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD) to confront the Eagles in a Carroll County challenge on Friday, February 10. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 17-3.
