Woodland Baptist Christian Eagles (Winston-Salem, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Gospel Light Christian (Walkertown, NC), 41-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Woodland Baptist Christian upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Fellowship Baptist Academy (Durham, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, February 13. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Fellowship Baptist Academy lost 49-39 in their recent non-league bout against Greenville Christian Academy (Greenville, NC)
