California High School Basketball - Nevada Union crushes Oakmont
February 7, 2024: Grass Valley, CA 95945 Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA), 62-34 in a league bout.
With the victory, Nevada Union upgrades its record to 20-6 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to play the Bruins in a bout on Friday, February 9. The Bruins come into the bout with a record of 15-9.
Next up, the Vikings play the Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) in a bout, on Friday, February 9. Oakmont will attempt to upgrade on its 4-20 season record. The Hillmen come into the bout with a 9-16 record after their 69-37 league loss to West Park (Roseville, CA).
