February 7, 2025: Boonsboro, MD 21713 The Walkersville Lions (Walkersville, MD) basketball were winner over the host Boonsboro Warriors (Boonsboro, MD), 67-55 in Friday's league bout.
The Lions now possess a 9-9 record. They play next when they host Williamsport for a CMC bout on Tuesday, February 11. Walkersville will play a Wildcats team coming off a 85-48 league win over Catoctin (Thurmont, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 15-3.
With the loss, Boonsboro falls to 6-12 on the campaign. The Warriors host Catoctin (Thurmont, MD) to play the Cougars in a CMC bout on Monday, February 10. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-18. Catoctin lost 85-48 in their recent league bout against Williamsport (Williamsport, MD)
