Virginia High School Basketball - Briar Woods fells Potomac Falls

The Briar Woods Falcons basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Potomac Falls Panthers to 48 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now have a 8-12 record. They play next when they travel to Lightridge for a Potomac game on Monday, February 10. Briar Woods will confront a Bolts team coming off a 76-47 league loss to Riverside (Leesburg, VA). The Bolts record now stands at 3-15.

With the loss, Potomac Falls falls to 16-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Potomac game on Monday, February 10. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 9-8. Stone Bridge won 82-70 in their recent league game against Independence (Ashburn, VA)
