In Friday's league test, the Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC) basketball squad trounced the host Central Academy Cougars (Monroe, NC), by a tally of 54-23.

The Yellow Jackets now possess a 18-3 record. They play next when they host Cuthbertson for a non-league bout on Monday, February 10. Forest Hills will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 62-41 league loss to Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 4-12.
