The Parkwood Wolf Pack basketball squad (Monroe, NC), was crushed 58-24 in Friday's league battle with the host Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC)

With the victory, Forest Hills advances its record to 15-2 on the year. The Yellow Jackets travel to Piedmont (Monroe, NC) to meet the Panthers in a 2A/3A Rocky River battle on Friday, January 31. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 6-9.

The Wolf Pack now own a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Stanly for a 2A/3A Rocky River battle on Tuesday, January 28. Parkwood will meet a Colts squad coming off a 56-4 league win over Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Colts record now stands at 11-7.
