New Mexico High School Basketball - Eunice triumphant over Hagerman
February 7, 2025: Hagerman, NM 88232 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM) and the host Hagerman Bobcats (Hagerman, NM), observed Eunice's basketball team overwhelm Hagerman by a score of 53-21.
The Cardinals (17-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Texico (Texico, NM). The Wolverines come into the 2A District 4 challenge with a 14-5 record. In their last challenge, Texico was routed by Fort Sumner/House (Fort Sumner, NM), 60-57, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bobcats encounter the Gateway Christian Warriors (Roswell, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 10. Hagerman will attempt to improve on its 8-11 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 46-43 league loss to Dora (Dora, NM).
