Michigan High School Basketball - Forest Park nudges West Iron County
February 7, 2025: Crystal Falls, MI 49920 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Forest Park Trojans (Crystal Falls, MI) and the visiting West Iron County Wykons (Iron River, MI), observed Forest Park's basketball team edge West Iron County by a score of 48-41.
The Trojans (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Rapid River (Rapid River, MI). The Rockets come into the non-league challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, Rapid River was tipped by Big Bay de Noc (Cooks, MI), 59-14, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wykons encounter the Johnston Speedboys (Bessemer, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. West Iron County will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Speedboys come into the challenge with a 2-13 record after their 33-31 non-league win over Chassell (Chassell, MI).
