The South Bison basketball squad (Cheyenne, WY), was crushed 59-21 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Thunder Basin Bolts (Gillette, WY)

With the victory, Thunder Basin advances its record to 7-9 on the year. The Bolts travel to Laramie (Laramie, WY) to meet the Plainsmen in a 4A East battle on Saturday, February 8. The Plainsmen enter the battle with a record of 8-8. Laramie lost 63-30 in their recent league battle against East (Cheyenne, WY)

The Bison now own a 0-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sheridan for a 4A East battle on Friday, February 14. South will meet a Broncs squad coming off a 51-50 league loss to Central (Cheyenne, WY). The Broncs record now stands at 12-5.
