Virginia High School Basketball - Sidwell Friends overwhelms Flint Hill
February 8, 2022: Oakton, VA 22124 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) and the host Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA), saw Sidwell Friends's basketball squad wallop Flint Hill by a tally of 69-43.
With the victory, Sidwell Friends improves its record to 21-1 on the campaign. The Quakers host Georgetown Day (Washington, DC) to play the Mighty Hoppers in a Mid-Atlantic challenge on Friday, February 11. The Mighty Hoppers come into the challenge with a record of 4-12. Georgetown Day lost 85-71 in their recent league challenge against St. James (Hagerstown, MD)
Next up, the Huskies play the Maret Frogs (Washington, DC) in a Mid-Atlantic challenge, on Friday, February 11. Flint Hill will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Frogs come into the challenge with a 9-9 record after their 57-51 league loss to Potomac School (McLean, VA).
