The Conemaugh Township Indians topped the visiting North Star Cougars basketball team by a final score of 49-38 in Wednesday's league game.

In their next game, the Indians face the Turkeyfoot Valley Area Rams (Confluence, PA) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 10. Conemaugh Township will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 14-6 record after their 73-60 league win over Salisbury Elk Lick (Salisbury, PA).

With the defeat, North Star moves to 13-9 on the year.
