California High School Basketball - North holds off East Bakersfield
February 8, 2023: Bakersfield, CA 93308 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the North Stars (Bakersfield, CA) and the visiting East Bakersfield Blades (Bakersfield, CA), saw North's basketball squad hold off East Bakersfield by a tally of 48-43.
With the victory, North improves its record to 18-9 on the campaign. The Stars travel to South (Bakersfield, CA) to confront the Spartans in a South Yosemite - Mountain challenge on Friday, February 10. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 18-7. South lost 59-58 in their recent league challenge against East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA)
Next up, the Blades confront the West Vikings (Bakersfield, CA) in a South Yosemite - Mountain challenge, on Friday, February 10. East Bakersfield will attempt to improve on its 11-16 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 18-8 record after their 59-45 league win over Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA).
