Iowa High School Basketball - Beckman holds off Bellevue
February 8, 2024: Dyersville, IA 52040 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Beckman Trailblazers (Dyersville, IA) and the visiting Bellevue Comets (Bellevue, IA), saw Beckman's basketball squad hold off Bellevue by a tally of 48-45.
With the victory, Beckman betters its record to 5-16 on the campaign. The Trailblazers travel to Anamosa (Anamosa, IA) to battle the Raiders in a non-league contest on Monday, February 12. The Raiders come into the contest with a record of 10-10. Anamosa won 59-49 in their recent league contest against West Liberty (West Liberty, IA)
The Comets (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against Midland (Wyoming, IA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 5-16 record. In their last contest, Midland was nudged by Lisbon (Lisbon, IA), 64-32, in a non-league contest.
