Minnesota High School Basketball - Lake of the Woods ripped by Laporte
February 8, 2024: Baudette, MN 56623 The Laporte Wildcats basketball team scored 80 points and held the host Lake of the Woods Bears to 48 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 8-22 record. They put it on the line next when they host Merrillville for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Laporte will meet a Pirates team coming off a 68-46 non-league win over Fort Wayne Snider (Fort Wayne, IN). The Pirates record now stands at 11-7.
The Bears (0-18) will now prepare for their contest against Bagley (Bagley, MN). The Flyers enter the A Section 8 contest with a 6-14 record.
