Michigan High School Basketball - Shelby can't hold off Ravenna
February 9, 2023: Shelby, MI 49455 The Ravenna Bulldogs basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Shelby Tigers to 54 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Muskegon for a Western Michigan Lakes - Rivers contest on Friday, February 10. Ravenna will battle a Norsemen team coming off a 94-38 league win over Hesperia (Hesperia, MI). The Norsemen record now stands at 13-3.
The Tigers (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against North Muskegon (North Muskegon, MI). The Norsemen enter the Western Michigan Lakes - Rivers contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, North Muskegon nudged Ravenna (Ravenna, MI), 49-39, in a league contest.
