South Dakota High School Basketball - Spearfish tops Custer
February 9, 2023: Spearfish, SD 57783 Spearfish Spartans (Spearfish, SD) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD), 46-29 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Spearfish upgrades its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Rapid City Christian (Rapid City, SD) to play the Comets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Comets come into the bout with a record of 15-3.
Next up, the Wildcats play the Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD) in a A Region 8 bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Custer will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record.
