Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the River Valley Panthers (Blairsville, PA) and the host Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA), saw River Valley's basketball squad hold off Conemaugh Township by a tally of 45-43.

With the victory, River Valley improves its record to 17-6 on the campaign.

Next up, the Indians play the Windber Ramblers (Windber, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 12. Conemaugh Township will attempt to improve on its 18-4 season record.
